I find that eating one apple a day is not
enough for a minimum retrieval of lost energy.
If your diet is not at a place where you would
wish, try eating three apples a day. You will
find that a significant portion of your energy
that's lost due the diet you currently have will
be replenished.
- not being tired
- being more alert
- memory capacity restored
Another thing I find too is that it's easier to
consume all three apples if you dice it up in
sections and then eat it throughout the day.
